Having two experienced doulas means more hands-on help, expertise, and a larger emotional support system. This extra layer of care reduces anxiety and makes the experience smoother and more positive for everyone.

We are happy to provide the documentation you need for insurance or Carrot reimbursement!

A-la-carte private prenatal yoga & exercise sessions at your home or a nearby park. We will use this time to create a tailored yoga & birth prep routine, based on your interests and needs. Great for working through pains and discomforts, preparing the pelvic floor, and creating balance in the pelvis. 

Minimum of two sessions recommended.
